Gift vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Value: Each voucher entitles the holder to one (1) full day of hot-desk access at Culture Co-Working locations (Marina or City).

2. Validity Period: Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

3. Redemption: To redeem, the holder must book in advance by contacting hello@culturecoworking.ie or booking through ConnectedHubs, quoting the unique voucher code.

4. Usage:

• Voucher is valid for a single full-day use.
• Access is subject to availability and regular opening hours.
• Voucher is for individual use and is non-transferable once redeemed.

1. Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. VAT: Price is €30 + VAT (total €36.90). VAT is included in the final sale price.

3. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Treat this voucher like cash. Culture Co-Working cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers once issued.

4. Booking Changes: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed bookings will be counted as used.

5. Code Security: Each voucher contains a unique code that can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, the code will be marked as used.

6. Facilities Included: Access includes desk space, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, and tea/coffee. Meeting rooms are not included but can be booked separately.

7. Right to Refuse: Culture Co-Working reserves the right to refuse entry or redemption of vouchers if fraudulent activity is suspected or if terms are breached.

8. General: By purchasing or using this voucher, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions.
