Committed to your work and home life and wanting to succeed in both? The 9 to 5 office job doesn’t work for everybody. Independent people know what needs to be done while also making time for what’s important for them in their home life. By doing this you are a more productive and a happier person. Culture Co-Working provides the flexible working hours that are needed in a professional co-working space while promoting a healthy work life balance.
Culture Co-Working has three locations across Cork: Culture City, just off Lapps Quay, 8,000 sq. ft. spread over 3 floors with private offices, meeting rooms and hot desking; Culture Marina, a 1,600 sq. ft. premises with ample parking, just 10 minutes’ walk from the South Mall; and Culture Lee, on Cork’s Southside, a quiet and professional space just off the South Ring Road.
Everybody is catered for, from those who want to rent an office / hot desking for just a few hours to small groups who need office space on a monthly basis. There is 24/7 access for all members and the opportunity to join the running club, attend presentations and take part in activities such as operation transformation or other healthy eating / living activities.
So you can rent a desk on a daily basis or for just a few hours at a time. You can even book ahead or simply grab a desk when you come in — whichever suits you best.

Our focus is on you, the customer. We do everything we can to give you the best experience. Culture is a warm, friendly and professional environment — whether you need a quiet desk for an hour, a permanent office for your team, or a space to meet clients, we’re here to make it easy.
Once you sign up for any of our desk or office plans, you automatically become a member and receive all the benefits of being a member — including 24/7 access, use of any of our three locations, and access to our community events.
Yes, of course! There is 24/7 access to all three of our locations — Culture City, Culture Marina, and Culture Lee — for all members.
Yes, you can come in and grab a desk anytime — no need to book ahead for hot desking. If you need a meeting room or private office, please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to look after you.
You can pay by card, online, via Stripe, or by bank transfer.
Yes, we have monitors available and they are free of charge, on a first come first served basis.
We don’t provide computers or laptops, so please bring your own device.
Yes, there are plenty of sockets available, and if you need more, we’ll happily provide you with extension leads.
