Founder & Managing Director, Culture Co-Working

I’m the founder and Managing Director of Culture Co-Working, a modern flexible workspace company based in Cork, Ireland.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the motor industry and academic qualifications including a BSc in Information Systems, an MBA from University College Cork, and a digital marketing certification, I bring a strategic and customer-focused approach to everything I do.

I launched Culture Co-Working in 2018 to create a professional, welcoming environment for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers. Since then, we’ve expanded to two locations in Cork—Marina Commercial Park and Connell Street—offering 24/7 access, high-speed broadband, meeting rooms, and a strong sense of community.

I’m passionate about ongoing professional development, which is why I created Culture Mentoring, and I regularly share insights on flexible work, startups, and entrepreneurship through our company blog.
