Interns @ Culture Co-Working

Intern team

Having interns as part of the Culture Co-Working team has been a truly eye-opening and rewarding experience. I’ve been genuinely impressed by their exceptional work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the fresh, innovative ideas they bring to the table. They’ve far exceeded my expectations, and their contributions have been invaluable to our projects and overall culture.

For any organization considering bringing interns on board, I can’t recommend the process enough. It’s not just about giving back or offering experience—it’s about what you gain in return. Interns offer a unique perspective that can challenge your thinking, drive creativity, and add an incredible amount of energy to your team.

Some of our current interns have shared their thoughts about their experience so far:

KalanzayaIt is an immense honor to have the opportunity to embark on this unique and deeply human experience alongside Andrew. Thanks to his kindness and eagerness to share his knowledge, I have gained greater confidence, all within an international context. This connection was made possible through the Erasmus+ program.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone for this incredible journey.

AnnaI am very grateful to Andrew and Culture Co-Working for the opportunity to do my internship. I am a mature student at college, studying marketing.

To obtain my diploma, I need to complete a 60-hour internship in marketing. Initially, I wanted to intern at a large company with a strong marketing and PR department.

However, I found that these companies don’t accept students from outside, as they have their own internal training programs for specialists. So, I had to knock on the doors of various businesses and ask if they needed someone for 60 hours, just for a good recommendation in the end.

I met Andrew when I was almost desperate to find something. He came to our college with a presentation about his business, how he created it, the problems he faced, and how he successfully solved them. At the end of his very emotional and interesting speech, Andrew said that his main rule is to help anyone who asks for help. I gathered the courage to approach him. I have worked for over 17 years in Russia in a large energy holding company in public relations.

In Ireland, I am starting my career from scratch, and working at Culture Co-Working is very interesting to me in terms of learning about the PR market in Ireland. I hope my ideas will be useful for the development of Culture Co-Working’s business.”

For anyone considering applying for an internship or thinking about starting a program within your company, don’t hesitate—it’s a win-win for everyone involved.
